The last few weeks have been full of activity.

I have been going from meeting to meeting and usually end up with a notepad that looks something like the picture above. I like to draw what I'm talking about and have filled a notebook with the conversations of the last month.

Several of those meetings have involved a new friend we made named Chukresh. In our first encounter he said that for some time he had been wanting to meet and learn from a true believer. So far Chuck has brought 5 of his friends to hear our story! Our last meeting was incredible and you can tell that Chuck is very interested. We have invited him to our home to watch "The Passion" movie and to bring his friends. Please ask that Chuck would choose to follow and that his decision would lead to many others.

We also had the privilege of hosting Brad P and his team as they passed though our city. We gave them the royal tour in the summer heat!! We saw all the sights you could want and some you wouldn't. It was encouraging for us to see a familiar face even if just for a day.

Another new thing that is happening here is our discovery of the sports complex. This place has everything from badminton to basketball and once we enter the compound we are surrounded by the people we are longing to make friends with. This has been a huge discovery for us personally and for our work.

They have a really good playground with alot of open (green) grass to run around in.

There is even a shooting range where C has proven to be quite the marksman.

We so appreciate your support in this area and are pleased to tell you that school has started and is going much better than last year. This was one of our major concerns, but after a few changes and seeking divine intervention things seem to be going well.

Little bubba is even doing a pretty good job staying busy!

At some point (earlier in our blog) we introduced you to Shanti. She is our house helper and is becoming more and more a part of our family. In our new place she is actually living in the spare bedroom and eats most meals with us. She grew up in an orphanage and has been fending for herself most of her life. We love having her around and recently got to celebrate her birthday.

We threw her a party and Shanti invited many of her friends. We had a great time watching her smile all day!

The biggest newsflash of late is the tooth that C lost!!! He wiggled it for 3 weeks and finally let dad pull it out. He found a dollar (instead of an Indian Rupee) under his pillow which put to rest all question of the toothfairy's nationality.
So, we have been doing our best to keep up here. It seems that everyday presents a new adventure. Thank you for taking the journey with us!
